52 Indian Pilgrims Stranded in Kathmandu; MEA Advises Complete Travel Documents for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra
Around 52 Indian pilgrims bound for the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra are stranded in Kathmandu due to lacking required Chinese entry permits and visas. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has issued an advisory urging pilgrims not to start their journey without all necessary travel documents and to verify that their tour operators are registered and authorized. NCP MP Supriya Sule has called for urgent intervention from the MEA and Indian embassies in Nepal and China to assist the stranded pilgrims.
