Andhra Pradesh has established a State-level task force to enhance infectious disease prevention and control. Chaired by the Health and Family Welfare Commissioner, the 24-member committee includes national medical experts and officials from various departments. Tasked with developing strategies for diseases like dengue, malaria, and TB, it will focus on proactive measures, rapid response, and inter-departmental coordination, aligning with central guidelines and WHO recommendations.
