PM Modi Launches Development Projects Worth Rs 2,700 Crore in Puducherry

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Puducherry to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for development projects worth around Rs 2,700 crore. These initiatives aim to enhance infrastructure, urban services, industrial growth, education, healthcare, and sustainable development. Key projects include e-Buses, an industrial estate with multiple parks, water supply improvements, educational facility expansions, and environmental restoration efforts. The Union Territory was also included under the Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment scheme to support infrastructure funding.
