IED Recovered and Defused in Rajouri Amid Increased Drone Sightings in Jammu and Kashmir

Security forces recovered and safely defused an improvised explosive device (IED) weighing around 3 to 3.5 kilograms in Kakora village, Rajouri district, Jammu and Kashmir, during an anti-terror operation. The discovery followed increased vigilance after multiple suspected Pakistani drones were sighted near the Line of Control and International Border in the region.
