
President Droupadi Murmu will launch Delhi's Pink National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) scheme, offering free bus travel to women residents aged 12 and above and enabling access to multiple public transport systems via a single smart card. The initiative aims to reduce travel costs and improve access to education, employment, and healthcare. At the same event, schemes providing two free LPG cylinders annually to ration card holders and financial support for girls' higher education will also be launched, reflecting the government's focus on women's empowerment and digital public services.
