Telangana CM Announces Public Schools Expansion, AI Education, and Fee Regulation Measures

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed the launch of 100 Telangana Public Schools across rural constituencies, modeled after the Arutla Telangana Public School, with full infrastructure and qualified staff. He emphasized introducing Artificial Intelligence education from the school level, including teacher training and updated courses in polytechnic colleges. The government plans to provide breakfast and milk in all government schools from 2026-27. Additionally, provisions to regulate private school fees, including penalties for overcharging, are being developed alongside a new state education policy aligned with the National Education Policy.
