PM Modi to Visit Malaysia for Bilateral Talks and CEO Forum on February 7-8

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Malaysia from February 7-8, 2026, at the invitation of Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim. This marks Modi's third visit and first since India-Malaysia elevated their ties to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in August 2024. The visit includes bilateral talks covering trade, investment, defence, security, maritime cooperation, digital technology, energy, healthcare, education, culture, and tourism. Modi will also engage with the 2.9 million-strong Indian diaspora and business leaders. The 10th India-Malaysia CEO Forum will coincide with the visit, aiming to strengthen cooperation and set future engagement paths.
