Punjab and Haryana HC Reviews Proclaimed Offender Orders in MLA Pathanmajra and Other Cases

Separately, the High Court recently quashed a proclaimed person order in a 2019 cheating case due to procedural violations by a lower court, emphasizing mandatory proclamation requirements were not met.
