
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar highlighted Bihar's transformation over the past two decades from a period marked by fear, lawlessness, and poor infrastructure to one of peace, development, and social welfare. Speaking at events in Saharsa, Purnea, and Katihar, he emphasized improvements in education, healthcare, and women's empowerment. Kumar also outlined plans to create jobs for over one crore youth and double the state's per capita income, while inaugurating numerous development projects across the region.
