Rapper-turned-politician Balendra Shah's Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), formed in 2022, is leading with a significant victory, winning 39 of 50 declared seats and leading in 80 others, including a clean sweep in Kathmandu and strong performance in Madhesh province. India reaffirmed its commitment to work closely with Nepal's new government for shared progress.
