Political Leaders Urge Karnataka Government to Reconsider Stadium Plan on KSIC Factory Land

Mysuru MP Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar and Opposition Leader R. Ashok have urged the Karnataka government to reconsider its plan to build a stadium on KSIC Filature Factory land in T. Narasipura. They highlighted concerns over the impact on workers' livelihoods, the factory's historic significance, and environmental factors. While the government has allocated part of the factory land for the stadium, protesters and political leaders demand alternative sites and have threatened campaigns and legislative action if the project proceeds.
