Delhi Allows Continued Free Bus Travel on Pink Paper Tickets Until Pink Saheli Card Distribution

The Delhi government has clarified that women residents can continue to travel free on Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) buses using the existing pink paper tickets until they receive the new Pink Saheli smart cards. Launched on March 2, the Pink Saheli card aims to modernize and digitize free travel benefits exclusively for Delhi women and transgender residents. Authorities assured that the paper ticket system will remain valid during the gradual card distribution to avoid disruption.
