Bhutan's Foreign Minister Arrives in New Delhi for 11th Raisina Dialogue

Bhutan's Foreign Minister Lyonpo D.N. Dhungyel arrived in New Delhi on March 4, 2026, to attend the 11th Raisina Dialogue, India's flagship conference on geopolitics and geoeconomics held from March 5-7. The event, organized by the Observer Research Foundation and the Ministry of External Affairs, gathers global leaders and experts to discuss international issues. Other delegates from Mauritius, Seychelles, and Sri Lanka are also attending, alongside Finland's President Alexander Stubb and a US delegation led by Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau.
