NIA Seeks Judicial Assistance from China on GoPro Linked to Pahalgam Attack

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is seeking judicial assistance from China through a Letter Rogatory to obtain information on a GoPro Hero 12 Black camera linked to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack. The camera, activated in Dongguan, China, was supplied by a Chinese distributor, but the NIA has been unable to trace its end-user or transport details. The Jammu special court approved the request, directing the NIA to coordinate with Chinese authorities via established legal channels.
