Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi revealed that during nuclear talks with the US in February, Iran offered to dilute 440 kilograms of 60% enriched uranium to a lower enrichment level as a concession to demonstrate it did not seek nuclear weapons. This offer was part of ongoing negotiations before the US launched Operation Epic Fury on February 28. Araghchi emphasized that no current agreement exists, and future negotiations remain possible.
