The Israel Defense Forces conducted multiple strikes on January 19 targeting Hezbollah infrastructure in southern Lebanon, including training sites, tunnel shafts, and rocket launch areas. These actions follow claims by Israel that Hezbollah violated ceasefire agreements established in November 2024. Lebanon's National News Agency reported strikes in several villages north of the Litani River, an area not covered by recent disarmament efforts. The Lebanese army stated it completed disarming Hezbollah south of the Litani, but Israel considers this insufficient.
