NSUI Wins President and General Secretary Posts in Patna University Students' Union Polls

In the Patna University Students' Union elections, the National Students' Union of India (NSUI) won the president and general secretary posts, with Shantanu Shekhar and Khushi Kumari securing victories. The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) won the joint secretary and treasurer positions. Independent candidate Sifat Faiz was elected vice president, marking the first time a woman held this post. Voter turnout was low at around 38%, with some incidents of violence reported during polling.
