Supreme Court Highlights Misuse of Article 32 Constitutional Remedy Provisions

A bench led by Justices B V Nagarathna and Ujjal Bhuyan noted a rising number of such petitions, often filed over adjournments, particularly by petitioners near Delhi. The court dismissed the petition, calling it a gross misuse of legal processes.
