Railway Ministry Launches App for Reporting Sexual Harassment on March 8

Starting March 8, International Women's Day, female railway employees can report workplace sexual harassment complaints via the Railway Ministry's HRMS application using the SHINE (Sexual Harassment Incident Notification for Empowerment) module. The system aims to ensure confidential and prompt handling of complaints by designated Internal Complaint Committees across railway zones. It also allows complaints on behalf of external visitors, contractual workers, or students, with detailed guidelines accessible through the HRMS portal.
