
Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was evacuated from his official residence, The Lodge in Canberra, on Tuesday evening following a bomb threat. He was moved to a secure location around 6 pm while authorities conducted a thorough search of the premises. The Australian Federal Police found no suspicious items and confirmed there was no ongoing threat to public safety. Albanese returned to the residence after about three hours. The Prime Minister's office expressed confidence in the police response and thanked security personnel for their work.
