Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was evacuated from his official residence, The Lodge in Canberra, on Tuesday evening following a bomb threat. He was moved to a secure location around 6 pm while Australian Federal Police conducted a thorough search, finding no suspicious items. Albanese returned to the residence after about three hours. Authorities linked the threat to emails sent to Shen Yun, a Chinese dance troupe banned in China, warning against their upcoming performance in Australia. Albanese urged calm and thanked police for their response.
