Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin initiated development projects in Chennai's Harbour constituency. He laid the foundation for a ₹23.06 crore modern library-cum-Mudhalvar Padaippagam and inaugurated an ₹18.24 crore power substation. These projects are part of the North Chennai Development Plan and aim to enhance local infrastructure and facilities.
