
Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the Rs 1,500 crore Kota-Bundi Greenfield Airport in Rajasthan, aiming to boost regional development and connectivity. The airport, located in Shambhupura, will serve Kota, Bundi, Baran, and Jhalawar, reducing travel to Jaipur or Jodhpur. Officials highlighted its potential to enhance trade, tourism, and employment, with completion targeted by 2027.
