The Delhi High Court has found prima facie evidence that Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan's personality rights were violated. The court noted that his celebrity status grants him proprietary rights over his likeness, voice, and image, which were allegedly used without consent for commercial gains, including merchandise sales and AI software development. Defendants include major e-commerce and tech companies. The case is scheduled for further proceedings in February and May 2026.
