Karnataka to Hold Local Body Elections Using Ballot Papers Amid Political Debate

Karnataka will conduct upcoming local body and Bengaluru civic elections using ballot papers instead of electronic voting machines (EVMs), as announced by State Election Commissioner G S Sangreshi. This decision follows the Supreme Court's directive to complete polls by June 30 and aims to address public confidence concerns.
