Turkey and Armenia have agreed to simplify visa procedures for diplomatic, special, and service passport holders, allowing them to obtain free electronic visas starting January 1. This move is part of ongoing efforts to normalize relations, which have been strained by historical grievances, including the 1915 events and Turkey's support for Azerbaijan in the Karabakh conflict. Both nations reaffirmed their commitment to full normalization without preconditions, continuing the process initiated in 2021.
