Yeida Selects Aarvee Engineering to Develop Master Plan for Hathras Urban City

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has selected Telangana-based Aarvee Engineering Consultants Limited to prepare the Master Plan 2041 for the proposed Hathras Urban City. The plan will cover land use, population density, and urban development over an area estimated between 2,000 and 4,000 hectares, with the final boundary to be determined during initial planning. Selected through a bidding process for Rs 1.25 crore, Aarvee will develop the plan following URDPFI guidelines and relevant state and central regulations, assessing factors like industrial growth, infrastructure, and environmental sustainability. Hathras is one of four urban nodes planned under Yeida's second phase along the Yamuna Expressway corridor.
