Israel Destroys Hezbollah Underground Tunnel Complex in Southern Lebanon
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) destroyed an underground Hezbollah tunnel complex in Majdal Zoun, southern Lebanon, measuring over 200 meters long and 25 meters deep. The complex reportedly contained hundreds of weapons and launch shafts aimed at Israel. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz confirmed the operation, which was conducted with prior notification to the United States. The IDF also reported eliminating a militant linked to a recent encounter in the area.
