
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited Singapore from February 22-24 to promote investment and industrial development in the state. He held meetings with Singapore's top investment entities including GIC, Temasek, and DBS Group, discussing opportunities in data centres, logistics, renewable energy, and infrastructure. The visit resulted in MoUs worth Rs 6,650 crore with Universal Success Group for projects in housing, logistics, and data centres, expected to create over 20,000 jobs. CM Yogi also reviewed skill development models at Singapore's Institute of Technical Education and signed agreements to enhance vocational training. Discussions with Singapore's Prime Minister Lawrence Wong emphasized strengthening economic ties under the India-Singapore Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, aiming to boost Uttar Pradesh's growth and global investment appeal.
