Rajasthan Employment Offices Report No Government Job Placements in Five Years

Over 22 lakh job seekers are registered with Rajasthan's district employment offices, with Jaipur having the highest number at 2.51 lakh. Data from the Directorate of Employment reveals no government jobs were provided through these offices in the past five years. Private sector placements were minimal, totaling a few hundred annually. The largest group of registered candidates belongs to the Other Backward Classes. Activists have called for revitalizing unemployment offices to better connect candidates with job opportunities.
