The BJP has accused the Congress of orchestrating a campaign to defame the AI Impact Summit by paying social media influencers between Rs 10,000 and Rs 40,000 to produce negative content. Several influencers have claimed receiving such offers, providing chat and audio evidence. Separately, the BJP filed a police complaint against Karnataka Youth Congress secretary Bindu Gowda over an AI-generated semi-nude image of Prime Minister Modi shared online, calling it an insult to the constitutional office. These incidents follow a shirtless protest by Youth Congress members at the AI Summit opposing the India-US trade deal.
