CJI Surya Kant Lays Foundation for Tirupati Court Complex, Highlights Bar-Bench Partnership

Chief Justice of India Surya Kant laid the foundation stone for a new court complex in Tirupati and emphasized the integral role of the bar in the justice delivery system. He stated that the bar and bench are partners, not adversaries, and advocated for court complexes to function like hospitals, providing reassurance to justice seekers. The event included other Supreme Court judges and Andhra Pradesh officials. Additionally, plans for the Andhra Pradesh Judicial Academy and judges' residential enclave were announced to support judicial infrastructure development.
