These funds are intended to strengthen the state's economy and create new opportunities for local youth. Uttarakhand's Chief Secretary reviewed schemes and directed the launch of a state-level 'Pragati' initiative, similar to the central government's program, to regularly review important state and central schemes, with the first meeting planned for January 2026.
