Telangana High Court Extends Interim Protection to KCR and Others in Kaleshwaram Probe

Harish Rao, former chief secretary Shailendra Kumar Joshi, and former CMO secretary Smitha Sabharwal in petitions challenging the P.C. Ghose Commission's report on alleged irregularities in the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project. The court postponed the hearing to February 25, 2026, after hearing arguments and noting the filing of counter and reply affidavits by the state and petitioners.
