Delhi plans to recarpet 400 km of arterial roads after Grap restrictions are lifted, according to Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. The project aims to improve traffic flow and reduce dust pollution from dilapidated roads. The central government has funded 300 km, with the Delhi government covering the remainder. Construction activities, currently halted due to Grap stage 3, will resume on a war footing once curbs are lifted. Mist spray systems will also be installed to further combat dust.
