Delhi CM Tests Saheli Pink Smart Card for Free Travel on DTC Buses

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta traveled on a Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus to review the Saheli Pink Smart Card initiative, launched recently by President Droupadi Murmu. The card enables women and transgender residents to travel free on DTC and cluster buses, with digital journey records and improved transparency. Issued free across the city, the card requires Aadhaar and mobile registration and can also be used for paid travel on services like the Delhi Metro and RRTS. Gupta encouraged eligible residents to obtain the card and utilize its benefits.
