Haryana CM Announces Separate Tenders for Project Expansions to Control Costs

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced that any expansion of ongoing projects will require a separate tender to manage cost and budget escalations effectively. This decision aims to prevent complications from mid-project scope expansions. Directions have been issued to relevant departments. Additionally, the government is considering infrastructure development at Haryana Sports University with an approved budget of Rs 491.20 crore. The Agriculture Minister also cited a cyber attack delaying incentive payments to farmers adopting the Direct Seeded Rice technique.
