This aims to help them familiarize themselves with the new court's functioning before assuming charge. Following this, Justice Lisa Gill of Punjab and Haryana High Court has been recommended for transfer and appointment as Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court. Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari of Kerala High Court is recommended as Chief Justice of Madras High Court.
