Andhra Pradesh CM Alleges Ghee Adulteration in Tirupati Laddus by Former YSRCP Government

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu accused YSRCP leaders of adulterating ghee with chemicals and using animal fat in Tirupati laddus during their 2019-2024 tenure, alleging this disrespected the deity and devotees. Speaking at a public meeting in Vizianagaram, he questioned whether such individuals should be spared in politics. Naidu claimed he does not politicize religion but criticized YSRCP for politicizing God and evading responsibility. He also asserted that the quality of Tirupati prasadam has improved under the current government.
