Mohali Plans 10-Year Private Maintenance for 83 km Roads at Rs 783 Crore

The Mohali Next Generation Roads Programme plans to outsource maintenance of 83.4 km of major roads and junctions to private concessionaires for Rs 783.46 crore over a 10-year period under the Hybrid Annuity Model. The project, managed by GMADA and the Municipal Corporation, includes upgrading, resurfacing, and beautification without additional land acquisition.
