UP Government Orders Early Salary Disbursal and Three-Day Holi Holiday for Staff

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed that salaries and pensions for February be disbursed early, by February 28, ahead of the Holi festival. To facilitate this, February 28 has been declared a working day, with a compensatory holiday on March 3. Holi holidays will span March 2 to 4. The directive includes all government employees, outsourcing, contractual, and sanitation workers, with strict warnings against any delays or negligence. This move aims to ensure financial convenience during the festival and maintain administrative efficiency.
