Indian Youth Congress Launches Peaceful Satyagrah Protesting Arrests in Delhi

The Indian Youth Congress (IYC) launched a peaceful 'Satyagrah' in New Delhi protesting the arrest of its president Uday Bhanu Chib and other members. Senior Congress leaders joined the demonstration at the IYC office. The party claimed that their request to hold the protest at Jantar Mantar was denied by authorities and alleged that the Delhi Police arrested members on baseless charges.
