
Madhya Pradesh authorities have suspended two officials and removed the Indore Municipal Corporation Commissioner following a water contamination incident that resulted in five deaths and hospitalized 210 people. The suspended officials are Additional Commissioner Rohit Sisonia and Superintending Engineer Sanjeev Shrivastava of the Public Health Engineering department. The government has taken action to address the crisis and investigate the cause of the contamination.
