The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is implementing measures to combat air pollution, including deploying anti-smog guns at construction sites and installing mist spray systems at metro stations. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has urged DMRC to serve as a model for pollution control. Currently, 83 anti-smog guns are deployed, with plans for 20 more by January 15. Mist spray systems are being installed at 37 stations, prioritizing those on main roads, with completion targeted by January 20. These efforts aim to reduce dust and improve air quality in the capital.
