District officials, including the Superintendent of Police and Collector, have inspected the venue and finalized security arrangements. Approximately 700 police personnel will be deployed to manage an expected crowd of 5,000 participants. Temporary traffic halts are planned along the Vice-President's route, and a ban on drone flights is in effect for December 29-30.
