Telangana Distributes Electoral Enumeration Forms in English, Telugu, and Urdu During SIR
During Telangana's Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, enumeration forms were distributed in English within the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) area and in Telugu elsewhere, following political party requests. Some electors in GHMC peripheral areas reported receiving Telugu forms, causing confusion due to language barriers. The Telangana CEO office noted that Urdu dummy forms were also printed for assistance. Electors can fill forms online, and officials continue distribution until July 24.
