
The Jammu and Kashmir Counter-Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) has obtained non-bailable warrants against four absconding operatives of the banned Hizb-ul-Mujahideen, including its chief Syed Salahuddin (Mohammad Yousuf Shah). The warrants relate to a 1996 FIR involving charges under the Ranbir Penal Code, UAPA, and EIMCO Act. The accused include senior commanders involved in recruitment, coordination, and propaganda activities linked to terrorism in the Kashmir Valley. The court issued the warrants after reviewing prosecution evidence and case records.
