
Jammu and Kashmir Police have booked three individuals residing in the US and Germany for allegedly using social media to spread 'anti-national sentiments' and promote a secessionist agenda against India. The individuals, identified as Mubeen Ahmad Shah, Azizul Hassan Ashai, and Rifat Wani, are accused of creating and circulating 'fake, motivated, exaggerated, secessionist and out-of-context content' to incite violence and disrupt public order. The case has been registered under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.
