A bench led by Justices P.S. Narasimha and Alok Aradhe issued notices to the Attorney General, Solicitor General, and Bar Council of India, and appointed senior advocate Shyam Divan to assist. The court will examine the implications and accountability related to the integrity of the adjudicatory process, following a challenge to an Andhra Pradesh High Court order.
