The Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) registered 199 cases in 2025, leading to 273 arrests. Of these, 157 were trap cases involving bribes totaling Rs 57.17 lakh, with Rs 35.89 lakh reimbursed. The ACB also investigated 15 Disproportionate Assets cases, uncovering properties worth over Rs 96 crore, and 26 other misconduct cases. The bureau secured 115 prosecution sanction orders and conducted numerous enquiries and surprise inspections.
